today i was in sport & we had 2 line up 4 this game the girl next 2 me idk her never seen her in my life but she introduced herself and asked my name. and when the game started even tho i was shit and failed at each throw and was the main reason my team lost she was still super nice and said that i did really good. i didn't know how 2 say thank you or even smile i was so happy she was being nice and everything like she is the nicest person i've met at my school but all i said was a whispery thank you and not a proper smile. i feel so bad idk its hard talking 2 new people & she was so nice. i think it was selective mutism idk sometimes i just cant talk yeah😞
